Question 1

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Month-to-month only. Cancel anytime with no fees and no awkward conversations. We keep clients by delivering results, not locking them in.

Question 2

How does the billing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay the one-time activation setup fee today to cover white-glove setup. Your monthly subscription then starts on day 30. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. See each plan's page for its setup fee and monthly price.

Question 3

What are the setup and activation fees?

Accepted Answer

Each service has a one-time fee, and white-glove setup is included. AI Receptionist: $349. Review Management: $199. Both are charged today so we can get your A2P registration and configuration started right away. Smart Websites: Starter $0, Essentials $997, Growth $1,997 and Pro $2,997, which includes moving your existing site over.

Question 4

What exactly is a usage fee?

Accepted Answer

Review request texts and emails cost a small amount per send, typically a fraction of a cent each. We pass this through at cost with zero markup. At 200 requests a month it runs about $10 to $25. We show you the exact breakdown every month.

Question 5

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the service. The AI Receptionist and Review Management are live in 48 hours or less from your onboarding call. Smart Websites take 5 to 7 days, which covers building your site and moving your domain to our platform. We handle everything — you just tell us about your business and forward your number. If we need longer, we will tell you.

Question 6

What about A2P registration?

Accepted Answer

It's a one-time phone compliance registration required for business SMS, and we handle the entire process and pay the $25 registration fee for you. For the stand-alone AI Receptionist and Review Management, we start it right away on day one, as soon as your activation setup fee is billed, so your service is live as fast as possible. Smart Website plans include it too, paid by us, and the Starter plan doesn't need it.

Question 7

What if a customer leaves a bad review?

Accepted Answer

Our negative review filtering catches unhappy customers before they post publicly, routing them to you privately so you can resolve it first. Happy customers get sent straight to Google.

Question 8

How many review requests can I send?

Accepted Answer

The Review Management plan includes up to 200 review requests a month. The Authority plan for multiple locations and high volume includes unlimited requests.

Question 9

Can you move my existing website over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The one-time setup fee covers moving your current site onto our platform. You tell us where your site lives today, we move and rebuild it, then point your domain to it and you go live.

Question 10

How long does it take to move my website?

Accepted Answer

5 to 7 days. That covers your new website build and moving your domain to our platform. We handle the whole thing. If we need longer, we will tell you.

Question 11

Do I keep my domain name?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your domain is yours. Whether you already own one or buy one through us, we point it to your new site.

Question 12

What's the difference between the four Smart Website plans?

Accepted Answer

Starter is a one-page site. Essentials adds three pages and SMS and email automations. Growth adds five pages, calendar booking, payments and full review management. Pro adds 10+ pages, ongoing SEO, an AI chat bot and the full AI Receptionist. See the full comparison on the Smart Websites page.

Question 13

How do website edits work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes monthly website edits handled by our team: 1 on Starter, 2 on Essentials, 3 on Growth and 5 on Pro.

Question 14

Do I get a customer list (CRM)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every service includes it. Calls, texts, forms and bookings all land in one customer list, so every lead and customer is in one place.

Question 15

Is there a phone app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The phone app comes with Smart Website Essentials, Growth and Pro. You get an alert the moment a lead comes in, can reply to customers, check your numbers and update your site from anywhere. The Starter plan does not include it.

Question 16

What is missed-call text-back?

Accepted Answer

If someone calls and nobody picks up, they automatically get a text within 30 seconds so the lead stays warm. It comes with Smart Website Essentials, Growth and Pro, and it is part of the AI Receptionist, whether you get that with Pro or on its own. The Starter plan does not include it. It needs a one-time phone registration (A2P), which we handle and pay for.

Question 17

Can I add the AI Receptionist or Review Management to my current website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both work with any website. If you host your site with us, review management is included with Growth and Pro, and the AI Receptionist is included with Pro.

Question 18

Is it a better deal to get AI Receptionist or Review Management with a Smart Website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, significantly. You get a much better deal in the Smart Website Growth and Pro packages than purchasing AI Receptionist ($497/mo) or Review Management ($297/mo) separately. Standalone pricing is designed for adding them to an existing, non-customer-supported website, whereas Smart Website packages bundle full website build, hosting, and ongoing management with those services for far greater overall value.

Question 19

What if a call needs a real person?

Accepted Answer

Smart call routing sends complex calls to the right person on your team.

Question 20

Which languages does the AI Receptionist speak?

Accepted Answer

English and Spanish.

Question 21

Is there a limit on AI voice usage?

Accepted Answer

All plans include unlimited AI voice usage subject to reasonable commercial use. Accounts with exceptionally high call volumes may be subject to overage fees or a plan upgrade recommendation to ensure continued service quality.

Question 22

Is this only for home services businesses?

Accepted Answer

No. Home services are our core, but it works for any business with high customer volume and lots of phone calls, including auto shops, salons, medical and dental offices and local retail.
